What is included in the rate?

• Navigation on the waters of the Golfo Nuevo departing from Puerto Pirámides to watch the southern right whale.
• Safety equipment.
• Narration made by a bilingual guide/ naturalist (English/Spanish).
• VAT (10.5%).

 

How can I make a reservation?

In high season there is a lot of demand for our service. We recommend reserving it in advance.

 

How can I make a reservation?

4. Personally one hour before the desired departure at the Puerto Pirámides Boarding Center (we do not recommend this option in high season, from september to november).

To facilitate the reservation process, please send us the following information:

• Ages and number of passengers.
• Date and time of the requested excursion.
• Inform if a passenger is minor or infoa and if you need assistance for boarding due to having reduced mobility.
• Contact phone.

 

How can I pay my reservation?

You can buy your tickets online at BUY ONLINE (10% discount), or you can request a reservation filling our REQUEST FORM and pay it at the Puerto Pirámides Boarding Center with your confirmation email, one hour before the desired departure. Payments should be made in cash or with Visa, American Express or MasterCard.
For groups of more than 8 passengers, 30% of the total amount should be paid in advance by means of a bank deposit or wire transfer in Argentine pesos or US dollars.

What happens if the weather and the sea conditions are not adequate to make the tour?

The whale watching tour always depends on the conditions of the sea. Our personnel are constantly checking the condition of the weather and will professionally respond to the contingencies that may arise, where the comfort and safety of our passengers are top priority.
